Penticton Physio Running Club

Inaugurated in October 2018, the Penticton Physio Running Club was created by clinic owner Chris Stokes following his completion of the Okanagan Marathon in Kelowna. Chris wanted to give something back to the local community and share his love of running, so created the free to enter Penticton Physio Running Club.

The club is free to join and all are welcome (including dogs and running strollers!). Runners of all abilities are encouraged to join, and we have runs of varying distances to accommodate as many people as possible. Typically, we use the clinic as our starting point and run either along Lakeshore and* the channel, or head up Vancouver Hill and run along the stunning KVR trail.

CURRENTLY, OUR RUNNING SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:

Tuesday Evenings

6:00pm  /  4-5km

Saturday Mornings

9:00am  /  8-10KM

HOW TO TAKE PART

Prior to running with us, we do ask that you complete our club waiver, which can be found here, or can be completed when you meet us at the clinic before you join us on your first run.

All information and ongoing management of the running club is handled through the club’s FB group.
