BIO

Catherine grew up in Vancouver and graduated from UBC in 2001 with her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She immediately moved to Whitehorse, Yukon for a two month position in outpatient orthopaedics and ended living there and working in private practice for 19 years.

She moved to Penticton in 2020, in search of a longer and hotter summer and to be closer to family.

Catherine enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels. She uses a combination of manual therapy, IMS and exercise prescription to keep you moving and at your best. With two kids in hockey, and seeing the high rate of concussion in that sport, she started to do more training in the treatment of concussions, vestibular rehabilitation and the cervical spine.

When not at work, she enjoys being outside running, mountain biking and skiing and trying to keep up with her active family.
